"The Range" Practice Facility
Truly one of Long Island's most outstanding driving range and short game facilities, it's the perfect place to hone your game. We offer you the opportunity to take aim at five real target greens with two greens in play from our exceptional Short Game Facility. To practice your work around the green, spend some time in our special bunker and chipping area. There are mats as well as natural grass to hit from, making it one of the only public natural ranges on Long Island.

Lessons
Under Head PGA Professional John Forster, our trained staff at the Hamlet Wind Watch is ready to help you with any and all aspects of your game. Whether you need more touch around the greens or more distance off the tee, there is no substitute for seeing our local golf professionals.
We offer video lessons using the V1 Professional System, state-of-the-art-video capture technology that allows the student to see the flaws in his/her swing and lets the professional get the points of the lesson across much more effectively.
Our staff consists of a Class A PGA Golf Professional and three Assistant Teaching Professionals who will help you get the most out of your game. Lessons can be given at "The Range" or they can be taken out on the course in the form of a playing lesson. At the Pro Shop you're invited to experience our variety of Club Fitting Systems. Many people believe custom fitting is only necessary for players with certain body types or unconventional swings. On the contrary, the truth is that anyone interested in purchasing a set of clubs would benefit from having them custom fitted. New clubs purchased at a discount house may often feel better than your old clubs because they are more forgiving. However, if they're fitted to your size and swing habits they will deliver even more performance!
At the Hamlet Wind Watch Pro Shop, our professional staff is trained and certified to use any one of five different fitting systems: Titleist, Wilson, Ping, Cobra, and Taylor Made. These are all among the best fitting systems available.
